No diving or jumping in the pool, use caution. For parties and events, please notify us as upon booking, only allowed with previous authorization. Do not throw ANYTHING besides toilet paper in the toilet. 1. The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
2. Smoking or vaping in the villa is NOT allowed. Smoking inside the villa may result in forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit or incur an additional fee. For the convenience of all our guests, our smoking policy is restricted: “Out of respect for all guests, current and future, smoking is only permitted outside”. Please take care for the risk of fire, as it can be dry and windy on Curaçao.
3. Please throw all garbage in the green bin provided.
4. Service Pets are permitted.
5. People other than those in the guest party set forth above may NOT stay overnight in the property. Any person in/on the property is the sole responsibility of guest. Visitors are not allowed.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do Not seat on the sofas with wet cloth. Clean any spills and excessive cooking / grilling residues, $35.00 BBQ cleaning fee. Report any damage to the managers immediately.
7. Only use furniture and appliances for their intended uses. The owners are not responsible for any damage to personal articles washed in the supplied washer/dryer.
8. Final cleaning is inclusive in the rental cost, but tenants are responsible to leave the accommodation clean and in good state. Leave wet towels hanging to dry. An extra cleaning fee of USD $150.00 may apply if according to the PM the property is beyond usual cleanup state and not returned in an acceptable manner. Keys not returned incur USD $75/key replacement charge.
9. We ask that you adapt your way of living to local customs and conduct yourself in a demeanor fit for this upscale neighborhood on Curaçao. Peace and tranquility is valued at the resort and quiet hours start at 11 PM.

11. There is no daily housekeeping service and it is not included in the rental rate. 
12. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in your rental fee. Lost towels or beach towels will result in a fee of $10.00 per towel. Please do not leave the beach towels at the beach.
13. No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather or illness.
14. Use the pool and pool deck, no diving, jumping or running. Use the Pool at your own risk.
15. Parents or guardians are 100% responsible for the safety of all minors under their supervision while they are occupying the villa.
16. No Glittering, no waterproof makeup on towels, pillows or sheets a penalty of $250. for damages caused by makeup.
17. Do not throw “anything” besides toilet paper in the toilet, if the septic pump gets blocked or clogged with any other materials it will result in a fee of $175.00 plumbing services fee.
18. Electricity and Water Consumption: The Villa is equipped with 110/220v outlets, This Villa is brand new, and it is equipped with instant water heaters, high efficiency LED lightings, high efficiency air conditioning and induction cooktops. A cash deposit of $300.00 USD based on consumption is required at the time of check-in or prepaid (rates; water m3=$8.87, electricity kw=$0.55) Please close all doors before leaving. By accepting this reservation you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the house rules.

• No childproofing such as outlet covers, etc., anywhere in villa

• Full and partial refunds are dependent on booking dates and are clearly displayed when booking.
• Cleaning fees are refunded if you cancel before check-in.
