A fully refundable $500 damage deposit and a $400 water/electric consumption deposit are required prior to check‑in. Actual water and electric usage will be measured at the end of your stay, and the deposit will be reconciled based on consumption.

The standard cleaning fee is $325. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request and is billed at $275 after the service is completed.

Extra guests $39 per person per night.

1. Use the pool stairs and pool deck, no diving, jumping or running. Use the pool with caution and at your own risk.
2. For parties & events, please notify us upon booking, only allowed with previous authorization.
3. Do not throw ANYTHING besides toilet paper in the toilet. (see below rule #17)
4. The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Smoking or vaping in the villa is NOT allowed. Smoking inside the villa may result in forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit or incur an additional fee. For the convenience of all our guests, our smoking policy is restricted: “Out of respect for all guests, current and future, smoking is only permitted outside”. Please take care for the risk of fire, as it can be dry and windy on Curaçao.
6. Please throw all garbage in the green bin provided.
7. Pets are NOT permitted, a penalty of $500.00 for any pet brought on the property by the guests plus additional charges for damages will be incurred.
8. People other than those in the Guest’s party set forth above may NOT stay overnight in the property. Any person in/on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Visitors are not allowed.
9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do NOT sit on the sofas with wet clothes. Clean any spills and excessive cooking / grilling residues, $35.00 Bbq cleaning fee. Report any damage to the Managers immediately.
10. Only use furniture and appliances for their intended uses. The owners are not responsible for any damage to personal articles washed in the supplied washer/Dryer.
11. Final cleaning is inclusive in the rental cost, but tenants are responsible to leave the accommodation clean & in good state. Leave wet towels hanging to dry. An extra cleaning fee of USD $150.00 may apply if according to the PM the property is beyond usual cleanup state and not returned in an acceptable manner. Keys not returned incur USD $75/key replacement charge.
12. We ask that you adapt your way of living to local customs and conduct yourself in a demeanor fit for this upscale neighborhood on Curaçao. Peace and tranquility are valued at the resort and quiet hours start at 11 PM.
13. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath towels and beach towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Lost towels or beach towels will result in a fee of $10.00 per towel. Please do not leave the beach towels at the beach.
14. No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather or illness.
15. Parents or guardians are 100% responsible for the safety of all minors under their supervision while they are occupying the villa.
16. No glittering or waterproof makeup on towels, pillows or sheets, there is a penalty of $250 for damages caused by makeup.
17. Do not throw “anything” besides toilet paper in the toilet, if the septic pump gets blocked or clogged with any other materials it will result in a $175 plumbing services fee.
18. Electricity and Water Consumption: The Villa is equipped with 110/220v outlets, This Villa is brand new and it is equipped with instant water heaters, high efficiency LED lightings, high efficiency air conditioning and induction cooktops. A cash deposit of $300.00 USD based on consumption is required at the time of check-in or prepaid (rates; water m3=$8.87, electricity kw=$0.55) Please close all doors before leaving. By accepting this reservation you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the house rules. Thank you. Management

  • Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of rental fees and a full refund of all deposits, including cleaning fee, damage security deposit, utility deposit
• No Refund — Within 30 Days of Arrival
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund of rental fees. All deposits, including cleaning fee, damage security deposit, utility deposit will be fully refunded, provided the cancellation occurs before check‑in.
