The Space
This villa boasts six beautifully appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The main floor features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping up to eight guests.
The second level offers two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and another full kitchen, perfect for a group of four. Both primary suites include private terraces and ocean views, while every room is equipped with individual air conditioning, custom closets, and brand-new beds, mattresses, and linens.
Outdoor amenities include an open-air shower, a gas BBQ, and lush tropical landscaping with ambient lighting. Casa Bella is gated for total privacy, with secure on-site parking. Enjoy the convenience of 110V and 220V outlets throughout the villa.

Guest Access
The villa features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The main floor sleeps eight and includes spacious living areas, while the upstairs apartment sleeps four, offering its own private space.
Enjoy two living rooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas, two washing machines, a dryer, a gas BBQ, beach coolers, and lush tropical landscaping. With a gated property, carport, and additional on-site parking, this villa is designed for both convenience and relaxation — all for your enjoyment.

Located within one of Curacao’s most prestigious oceanfront resorts, guests have access to a wealth of five-star amenities, including a spa and wellness center, beach club, rooftop restaurant and poolside bar, dive shop, walking trails, and more — all just a short walk away. Other Things to Note
A refundable damage security deposit of $500 is required at check-in. Please note that electricity and water consumption are not included in the rental fees. A $400 utility deposit is required at check-in, with meter readings taken both at check-in and check-out. Rates are as follows: water at $8.87 per m³ and electricity at $0.68 per kWh. For energy efficiency, kindly ensure that air conditioning units are turned off when the villa is unoccupied.

2. Rental Rates, Additional Guests & Cleaning Fees
- Each villa has a base nightly rate that includes a set number of guests.
- Additional guest fees apply per person, per night, for all guests beyond the base occupancy. You may not exceed the max number of guests per night.
- The standard cleaning fee ranges based on the size of your villa.
- Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee and is billed after the service is completed.
Please note: Nightly rates, additional guest fees if applicable, and cleaning fee will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
3. Pool Use & Safety
- Use the pool stairs and pool deck responsibly.
- No diving, jumping, or running on the pool deck.
- Use the pool with caution and at your own risk.
- Parents and guardians are 100% responsible for the safety of minors at all times.
4. Parties & Events
- Parties and events are only permitted with prior authorization and only allowed for the number of booked guests, no visitors allowed.
- Guests must notify management at the time of booking if planning any gathering.
5. Bathroom & Plumbing
- Do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet.
- If the septic pump becomes blocked due to foreign materials, a $175 plumbing fee will be charged.
6. Liability & Guest Responsibility
- The property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness occurring on the premises or its facilities.
- The owners are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
- By accepting this reservation, guests assume all risks associated with use of the property and facilities.
7. Smoking Policy
- Smoking or vaping inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking indoors may result in forfeiture of part or all of the security deposit or incur additional fees.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
- Please exercise caution due to dry and windy conditions in Curaçao.
8. Garbage Disposal
- Please kindly place all garbage in the green bin provided and make sure the lid is closed.
9. Pets
- Pets are not permitted.
- A $500 penalty applies for any pet brought onto the property, plus additional charges for damages.
10. Visitors & Overnight Guests
- Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of the registered guest.
11. Care of Property
- A refundable damage deposit of $500 is collected at the time of booking. This deposit covers any damages to the villa, furnishings, appliances, or property during your stay. The deposit will be refunded after checkout once the property has been inspected and no damage or excessive wear has been identified.
- Keep the villa and all furnishings in good order.
- Do not sit on sofas with wet clothing.
- Clean spills and excessive cooking or grilling residues.
- A $35 BBQ cleaning fee applies if the grill is left excessively dirty.
- Report any damage to management immediately.
Please note: The $500 damage deposit is clearly displayed and collected at the time of booking.
12. Furniture & Appliances
- Use all furniture and appliances only for their intended purposes.
- The owners are not responsible for damage to personal items washed in the washer/dryer.
13. Final Cleaning & Condition of Property
- Final cleaning is included in the rental cost.
- Guests must leave the villa in a clean and acceptable condition.
- Leave wet towels hanging to dry.
- An additional cleaning fee of $150 may apply if the property is left beyond normal use.
- Lost keys incur a $75 replacement fee.
14. Neighborhood Conduct
- Guests must respect local customs and maintain a demeanor appropriate for this upscale Curaçao neighborhood.
- Peace and tranquility are valued; quiet hours begin at 11 PM.
15. Housekeeping & Towels
- There is no daily housekeeping service.
- Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
- Lost towels or beach towels incur a $10 replacement fee.
- Please do not leave beach towels at the beach.
16. Weather & Illness
- No refunds are provided for storms, bad weather, or illness.
17. Makeup & Staining
- No glittering or waterproof makeup on towels, pillows, or sheets.
- A $250 penalty applies for makeup‑related damage.
18. Energy Conservation
To support responsible energy use and maintain the villa’s comfort, guests are encouraged to turn off all air‑conditioning units and ensure doors and windows are closed whenever the villa is left unoccupied. This helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption and keeps the home operating efficiently.
19. Home Protection & Safety
For the protection of the villa and your personal belongings—including food items left out—guests must close all doors and windows before leaving the property. This safeguards the home against weather, insects, birds, and other outdoor elements.
The property is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
20. Utility Deposit & Consumption
A utility deposit of $400 is collected at the time of booking. This deposit covers electricity and water usage during your stay. Utility meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out, and charges are calculated according to the following rates:
- Water: $8.87 per m³
- Electricity: $0.68 per kWh
Any remaining balance from the utility deposit will be refunded after checkout once usage has been calculated.

A $95 service fee is applied to all reservations. This fee helps cover standard guest support services, including general inquiries, basic assistance, and access to concierge guidance throughout your stay.

22. Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund — 60+ Days Before Arrival
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund of rental fees and all deposits, including: cleaning fee, damage security deposit, utility deposit and concierge fee.
- Partial Refund — 30–59 Days Before Arrival
- Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund of rental fees and a full refund of all deposits.
- No Refund — Within 30 Days of Arrival
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund of rental fees. All deposits will be fully refunded if cancellation occurs before check‑in.
